Hammering out the tooling pins after lamination can be a tiring, time-consuming operation. Not to mention the potential for damage to the lamination plates and bushings.
C.A.PICARD uses hydraulics to facilitate the removal of pins efficiently and precisely. A dual feed control provides easy positioning and smooth removal action, as it pushes out tooling pins. It is powerful, yet safe -- especially when compared to the conventional method.
The 36" H roller table, which is standard, can be positioned in line with your current ball or roller transfer system.
