The event was carried out by the "B4 course" (training for chief fire inspectors) 7/23 of the fire brigade of North Rhine-Westfalia in favour of "Paulinchen e.V." (association which supports children with burn injuries).

20 teams with four drivers each of fire brigade and police from all over North Rhine-Westfalia established the winner in a three hours cart race.

The whole receipts were donated to Paulinchen e.V.
