"Discover tomorrow today" was the motto of the 2025 CastExpo and C.A.PICARD® was certainly part of the excitement! CastExpo, the largest trade exhibition for the foundry industry in North America, was held at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta from April 12th-15th.
Organized every three years by the American Foundry Society, the trade fair offers a central platform for the exchange of information on innovative technologies, modern processes and new products. While all of this is critical for the growth of the industry, meeting and networking with new and existing contacts is what the show is all about.
While most of the discussions at the exhibition were focused on tariffs, supply chain management, and health of the auto industry, C.A.PICARD® was able to make several contacts that are new to this market. With over 200 suppliers exhibiting and over 5,000 attendees, C.A.PICARD® was one of the few companies at the fair who's sole focus is on high-quality wear parts.
Although attendance was down from the nearly 7,000 visitors at the previous CastExpo, we received several comments that our customers were glad to see we decided to attend the show as we missed the past show three years ago.
CastExpo makes it clear: the future of foundry technology and wear parts starts now and C.A.PICARD® is helping to shape it!
