From 12 to 14 November 2025, the PLASTIC JAPAN Tokyo Show 2025 took place at Makuhari Messe, Chiba, Japan, and attracted approximately 47,000 visitors.

PLASTIC JAPAN is one of Japan's leading trade fairs focusing on high-performance plastics and related processing technologies.

For us, this exhibition continues being an important opportunity to enhance brand awareness in the Japanese market and to promote our products and services. So, we participated again this year.

The primary objective of our participation was to identify and acquire new potential customers while, of course, maintaining our presence for existing customers.

Over the three days of the exhibition, our booth had approximately 100 visitors in total, including both existing and potential customers. From some visitors, we were able to obtain detailed information on types and models of the extruder equipment they operate, which will be highly valuable for future sales activities and tailored proposals.

As in previous years, we showcased our FD system by means of a promotional film at the booth. The FD system is a device for twin-screw extruders, designed to assist in dismantling screw elements safely and efficiently. Due to its direct impact on reducing workload and improving safety for operators, interest of production and maintenance staff was particularly strong. Given the ongoing labour shortage in many factories, we expect the demand for the FD system to continue to grow as a practical solution to save labour and improve productivity.

In addition, we demonstrated our service using the BMD (barrel measurement device), which is used to inspect the inner surface of barrels. The clear visualisation of wear conditions inside the barrel attracted attention, as it allowed visitors to immediately understand the severity of wear and the need for repair or replacement.

Overall, we observed that many visitors expressed explicit interest in either the BMD service or the FD system.
